These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using the services, programs, and membership offerings provided by Nudge Your Career. By engaging with our services, visiting our website, or participating in our network, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership & Community Conduct
1.1 Respect & Inclusion
Nudge Your Career is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all members. By joining our network, you agree to engage in all groups, sessions, and programs with kindness, respect, and an openness to diverse experiences.
1.2 Health & Wellbeing Conversations
Conversations within the Nudge network may include topics relating to mental health, professional wellbeing, and personal growth. These conversations must be approached with empathy, confidentiality, and without judgment.
1.3 Unacceptable Behaviour
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language, or any behaviour that compromises the safety or comfort of others will not be tolerated.
Nudge Your Career reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member breaches the expectations outlined in this section.
2. Fees & Payment Terms
• Membership and service fees are stated clearly on our website or in service agreements.
• Payments are due as scheduled (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the package).
• No refunds will be issued for unused time if a member cancels early or is removed due to a breach of conduct.
3. Service Changes and Cancellation
• Nudge Your Career reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel services, including coaching programs and digital content, with notice provided to members.
• If a program is cancelled by Nudge Your Career, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements or partial refunds where appropriate.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information collected by Nudge Your Career will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of others in group sessions and community spaces.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nudge Your Career provides career coaching and mentoring services for professional development purposes. While we strive to offer helpful and accurate guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., job offers or promotions).
Nudge Your Career is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Nudge Your Career—including templates, resources, workshops, and course content—remain the intellectual property of Nudge Your Career and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
